Aruna

Aruna has twelve homes, spread across two separate buildings. These are apartments and penthouses with three to four bedrooms, most of which have their own bathroom. The floor plans are laid out so that the living areas face the views of the sea and the mountains. The grounds form a gated community with a fence around it and greenery between the buildings.

The communal areas consist of an indoor gym, a sauna and a coworking space. The landscaped garden has a communal pool with saltwater chlorination.

The homes have water-based underfloor heating throughout. The bathrooms also have an electric system that heats up more quickly. The homes have energy label A, partly due to the use of aerothermal energy. All homes are fitted with a home automation system that lets you control various functions remotely and automatically.

The project is located in Cabopino, on the east side of Marbella. Cabopino Golf is a two-minute walk away, and Santa Clara Golf and Santa María Golf Club Marbella are also nearby. The Cabopino marina is close by, as are the Artola dunes and the Artola-Cabopino and Calahonda beaches. There are international schools in the area, including The English International College.
