Zinnia

The project consists of six homes, spread across two buildings. All homes have three bedrooms and the surface areas range from 84.15 m² to 178.57 m². The architecture is urban and contemporary, with a light design approach and a limited number of homes per building. The swimming pool is not located at street level but on the second floor, with views towards the sea and the surrounding buildings.

The homes have an open floor plan, in which the living room and dining room flow into one another and the kitchen is integrated and delivered fully fitted. Each home has a terrace that extends the living space outdoors. In the penthouses, this outdoor space is considerably more generous. Inside there is a ceramic floor with a natural wood look, while large-format ceramic tiles have been used on the terraces. The exterior joinery is aluminium with a thermal break and high-performance glazing, which contributes to the thermal and acoustic performance of the home. The bathrooms are finished with contemporary shower fittings and clean lines.

The project is located in a new residential district in San Pedro de Alcantara, next to Nueva Alcantara. The beach and the promenade are a short walk away. In the immediate surroundings you will find supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, schools, healthcare services and sports facilities. Puerto Banus is a five-minute drive away, Nueva Andalucia about ten minutes and Marbella about fifteen minutes. Golf courses, padel clubs and restaurants are also quick to reach by car.
