Description

Villas de Mar Fase II is a villa project on individual plots in Playa Honda, on the Costa Cálida in the Region of Murcia. For each plot you choose between the villa models Gemma, Laguna Azul and Silvia, in a quiet area within easy reach of the Mar Menor beaches. Construction starts once the relevant units have been sold, with delivery around 20 months after purchase.

The project consists of sixteen plots ranging from 400 to 800 square metres. On each plot you choose yourself which of the three villa models is built: Gemma, Laguna Azul or Silvia. The homes have three or four bedrooms and a living area ranging from 115.6 m² to 192.52 m². At the moment four plots are still available.

Because you select a model per plot, the layout of your home is not fixed in advance and every villa stands detached on its own plot. The space between the built area and the plot size remains as private outdoor space around the home.

Playa Honda is a semi-urban seaside town on the shore of the Mar Menor, with a wide promenade and everyday amenities within walking distance. The beaches of the Mar Menor are a three-minute drive away. You can reach Cabo de Palos and the Mediterranean beaches in five minutes. The Calblanque nature park, with beaches and small coves, is nine minutes away by car. Cartagena, Murcia, Orihuela and Torrevieja are all in the surrounding area.
