The homes will have an open living and dining area that connects to the terrace. The developer speaks of sustainable architecture and high-quality finishes, with a designer kitchen and sleekly designed bathrooms.
Several communal facilities will be built on the site. An infinity pool with views of the Mediterranean Sea will be created, along with a separate pool for children. Indoors there will be a fully equipped gym and a multifunctional space that can be used for coworking, meetings or gatherings. Beneath the complex there will be a garage with assigned spaces; according to the developer, each home comes with its own storage room. The plan also includes a central square and a museum on the site, which will be accessible to the public as well as to residents.
