The plan divides 145 homes across three buildings, 41 of which are currently available. The homes range from one to four bedrooms and from 72.9 to 187.4 m², so compact layouts sit alongside more spacious family arrangements within the same project. A central square lies between the buildings, and the parking spaces and storage rooms are located underground, with an assigned space and a private storage room for each home.

The homes are arranged around an open living and dining area that connects to the terrace. The kitchen is fitted on completion and forms part of that open space. The bathrooms have a minimalist finish and tie in with the rest of the home. The developer describes the finish as premium, and the buildings have been designed according to sustainable principles.

The project is located on the coast, directly next to the Duquesa castle and a few minutes from the Duquesa marina. The pool has an infinity edge on the sea side, and the children's pool is in a separate, screened-off section. A multifunctional room is intended for working, meetings and gatherings. The grounds will also include an interpretation museum that is accessible to residents and to the public.
