Pure Sun Fase II is one of the phases of a larger development. The buildings in this phase are spread across several blocks, which according to the developer together form a balanced whole. The architecture has a modern design. The layout of the outdoor area around the buildings has, according to the developer, been set out in a landscape plan, which was conceived together with the resort-style design. Construction is still under way, so the communal areas are still being built.
At present there are six available homes, divided between apartments and penthouses. Those available homes have two or three bedrooms and a surface area of 86.61 m² to 105.22 m². According to the developer, each apartment comes with a large terrace, designed as an extension of the home. The floor plans have, according to the developer, been worked out with spacious, open areas.
The developer works with different layouts, materials and finishes per home. In doing so, the architectural team has, according to the developer, looked at the surroundings and at the ratio between the built area and the usable area of the homes.
