Verdana Villas is a new build development in Elviria, on the eastern side of Marbella on the Costa del Sol, with available villas. The city is made up of several neighbourhoods, each with its own character, from the 15th-century Casco Antiguo to the open golf valley of Nueva Andalucía. The available villas sit among pine-covered hills and will have a private infinity pool.

Construction is underway. The design follows an Andalusian architectural style, combined with contemporary Mediterranean styling. The façades will be finished in white, with natural stone details and large windows.

The available villas have four bedrooms. Inside, there are open living spaces that connect to the outdoor area. The master bedrooms will have a spa-style bathroom and a separate dressing area. The developer works with high-quality finishes. A lift is among the features of the development, and a charging point for electric cars will be installed.

According to the developer, there are views of the sea and the mountains. The centre of Marbella is ten minutes away.
