Tyrian Residences

The building contains forty homes spread over four residential floors, with five different layouts ranging from apartments to penthouses. All homes have three or four bedrooms. The master suite measures around 50 m² and the living area extends to around 70 m², which gives the floor plans more the proportions of a villa than those of a typical beach apartment.

The architecture focuses on the transition between inside and outside. The homes have floor-to-ceiling glazing and cantilevered terraces, and are positioned so that you look out over both the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains behind the coast. The finishes consist of high-quality, durable materials. Each home is accessed by its own lift, and there is a separate service lift as well.

Beneath the building there is ample parking, with charging points for electric cars and ten spaces for visitors. The penthouses come with their own super garage with four parking spaces, set up as a private showroom and with a direct private lift to the home.

The project has been built according to the guidelines of the WELL certification, which sets requirements for air, water, light and comfort in the home, among other aspects. The building has energy label A.

Estepona itself is a fishing and market town that was never turned into a resort and remains inhabited all year round. Marbella lies twenty minutes to the east, along the New Golden Mile, the coastal strip where most of the new construction on the Costa del Sol has been built over the past ten years.
