Its centrepiece will be a 90 m² pool with salt electrolysis and lighting for the evening. Construction is still ongoing, so these parts of the grounds have yet to be completed.
The available offering currently consists of a 90.55 m² penthouse with two bedrooms. The homes have been designed with spacious, open living areas, together with the architecture firm involved.
According to the developer, the development has sea views, mountain views and panoramic views. Málaga-Costa del Sol airport is around 50 kilometres away, a drive of about 40 minutes via the AP-7.
