Mijas is one municipality with two faces: the white mountain village of Mijas Pueblo high above the sea, and below it a broad coastal strip with beaches and golf courses. According to the developer, the development has direct access to the motorway, and a multi-sports court will be added.

The development consists of apartments and penthouses, spread across several home sizes. At present, eleven homes are for sale. The available homes have two or three bedrooms and a living area of 71.86 to 89.97 m². The development is still under construction.

According to the developer, every home will have its own terrace. Most of the apartments also come with a storage room, which is included in the price. The developer describes the finish as high quality and mentions the use of quality materials. The homes will have a floating wooden floor.

A show home has been furnished within the complex, so you can view the layout and the finish on site.
