Biznaga is a new build development in Las Lagunas in Mijas, on the Costa del Sol, with available apartments. Mijas is one municipality with two faces: the white mountain village of Mijas Pueblo high above the sea, and below it a broad coastal strip with beaches, urbanisations and golf courses. The project is within walking distance of the Miramar Commercial Park and, according to the developer, will have a heated indoor pool.
The project is still under construction. Five apartments are currently available. They have two bedrooms and a living area of between 80.8 and 99.4 m².
The developer has opted for a distinctive design for the exterior facades. The homes will have spacious terraces. According to the developer, there are also homes where a private pool will be added on the terrace, so this does not apply to all homes in the project. Each home comes with a parking space and a storage room. Appliances will be supplied in the kitchen.
The communal areas are still being built. For the materials and the furnishing of these areas, the developer works with specialised suppliers.
The project is located in Las Lagunas de Mijas, less than five minutes from the motorway, which gives access to the rest of the Costa del Sol. The beach is a fifteen-minute drive away. The sports park along the river in Fuengirola is also easy to reach from here.
Mijas itself is one municipality with two faces: the white mountain village high above the coast and, below it, a wide coastal strip with beaches, urbanisations and golf courses. The municipality lies between Málaga and Marbella, with Málaga airport about 25 minutes away and Marbella twenty.
