Stella 8 is a new build development in Benalmádena on the Costa del Sol, with available apartments and penthouses. The white Pueblo on the hill, Spanish Arroyo de la Miel in the middle and the coastal strip with the beaches and Puerto Marina make Benalmádena varied and family-friendly. The development has eight homes, and its amenities include a fitted kitchen, aerothermal, air conditioning and a terrace.

The project consists of one building with a total of eight homes. According to the developer, it is located around 300 metres from the beaches of Benalmádena. Restaurants, supermarkets, schools, health centres, golf courses and the Cercanías station are all in the immediate surroundings.

At the moment four homes are for sale, divided between apartments and penthouses. The available homes have three bedrooms and a living area of 130 to 143.3 m². The facilities of the project include a terrace and air conditioning.

The homes have been designed with large windows that let in plenty of daylight. The kitchens are fully fitted and equipped, with an induction hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and extractor hood. The worktops are made of compact quartz. According to the developer, the hot water is generated by an aerothermal system.
