Soleil is a new build development with apartments and penthouses in Altos de los Monteros, on the Costa del Sol in Marbella. The city is made up of several neighbourhoods, each with its own character, from the 15th-century Casco Antiguo to the marina of Puerto Banús. The communal facilities include an indoor and outdoor pool, spa, gym and coworking, and the terraces offer sea views.

The project consists of 42 homes, spread across seven buildings on a site within Altos de los Monteros. There are apartments and penthouses with two or three bedrooms. Living areas range from 97.79 m² to 124.53 m², with the larger layouts providing room for a third bedroom. Of the 42 homes, 13 are still available.

All homes have a spacious terrace. On the ground floor are apartments that connect directly to the garden side, and on the top level are penthouses with a private solarium in addition to the terrace. The terraces face the sea, so the homes have sea views. The interiors are finished with a fitted kitchen and built-in wardrobes.

The communal areas are divided into an outdoor section and an indoor section. Outside are the gardens, the swimming pool and a communal terrace on the sea side. Inside there is a heated pool with spa and a coworking space. The site is gated and the homes are a short distance from the centre of Marbella, the old town and the beach.
