Estepona, Costa del Sol
Serenity Gardens
Description
Serenity Gardens is a new build development in Estepona, on the Costa del Sol, with available apartments. Estepona is a Spanish fishing and market town that was never rebuilt into a resort and is lived in year-round, quieter and more affordable than Marbella, twenty minutes to the east. The development will get extensive green areas with palm trees, citrus and aromatic plants, and paths running through those gardens.
The homes have been designed according to sustainability criteria and around a layout with open spaces. According to the developer, each home comes with a parking space in the underground garage and a storage room.
Five apartments are currently for sale. These available apartments have two or three bedrooms and a living area of 85.6 to 114.3 m². One of them is the show home and is sold fully furnished.
The development is under construction and the communal areas are still being laid out. The surrounding area includes the beach, the Senda Litoral, several golf courses, the marinas of Estepona and La Duquesa, shops, restaurants and the hospital of Estepona. According to the developer, the A-7 and AP-7 bring you to Málaga or Gibraltar in less than an hour.
