Senora Gardens

The project comprises 63 homes, spread across three blocks of four levels each. The ground floor, first and second floors hold apartments, with the penthouses on the top level. Each block has its own underground car park. The penthouses have more interior space than the apartments, as well as private terraces that vary in size from home to home.

All homes have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room opens directly onto the terrace, with wide sliding glass doors across the full width. In the apartments, that terrace measures 22 m². Both bedrooms are fitted with built-in wardrobes, and the master bedroom has its own door to the terrace. The finishes are in neutral, warm tones; the bathrooms are executed in high-quality materials with indirect lighting.

The three blocks stand on the front line of the golf course, among landscaped gardens with trees and planting. In the middle of the grounds lies a large communal swimming pool set in generous green areas. Residents also share a fully equipped gym and a spa.
