Savia Fase II is a phase within a larger project and is currently under construction. The developer describes the layout as a search for a balance between architecture and nature, with the grounds taking on the form of a resort. The site will include a social club, among other things.

According to the developer, the homes come with a garden and a fully equipped kitchen. Five homes in this phase are currently for sale. These available homes have three bedrooms and a living area of 124.05 to 124.30 m², so they barely differ from one another in size.

According to the developer, the project has good access and good public transport connections. The new Costa del Sol Park is being built 800 metres away, a park with extensive gardens and space for recreation.
