At present five townhouses are for sale. The available homes have three bedrooms. Sizes range from 267.11 m² to 387.06 m². Each home comes with a private roof terrace.
According to the developer, the finish includes kitchens from internationally known brands and bathrooms with a spa-style design. The homes have underfloor heating running on an aerothermal system. The aluminium frames have a thermal break and insulating glazing. Construction has now started.
