Sanctuary Villas II
Description
Sanctuary Villas II is a new build development of villas in Estepona on the Costa del Sol. Estepona is a Spanish fishing and market town that was never rebuilt into a resort and is lived in year-round, quieter and more affordable than Marbella, twenty minutes to the east. According to the developer, the villas sit on the front line of the golf course, with sea views and panoramic views.
The available villa will have three levels: a ground floor, an upper floor and a basement with daylight. The basement will include a large cinema room and a spa area, with access to a patio with a swimming pool with waterfall. According to the developer, a sauna is part of that area.
According to the developer, the layout is mainly based on four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom are located on the upper floor, one bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor and one bedroom with bathroom in the basement.
The architecture is modern and minimalist in design, with open spaces and large windows. Natural materials and colours have been used for the finishes. According to the developer, the villa is located on the front line of the golf course, with sea views and panoramic views.
