According to the developer, the domestic hot water is produced using aerothermal energy.
According to the developer, some homes come with a private patio on the ground floor or a balcony. The penthouse will have its own outdoor space. The entrance hall and the communal areas will be fitted with lighting with motion sensors.
The development is located in the centre of Fuengirola. From four stations in the town, the C1 Cercanías train runs along the coast to Málaga and the airport, which is about 25 minutes away.
