Luminal Homes is a new build development in the Los Pacos neighbourhood of Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol, with available apartments. Fuengirola is a year-round town rather than a seasonal resort, with a seven-kilometre promenade along the beach and a large international community. The development is built around the idea of resort-style living, a short drive from the beach.

The available offering consists of 86 apartments with one, two or three bedrooms. The living areas of these apartments range from 66.93 m² to 220.54 m².

The apartments are divided into two categories. The standard apartments are located on the first to the fourth floor. The premium apartments are the homes on the ground floor and the homes on the fifth and sixth floor.

The development is located in the residential area of Los Pacos. From four stations in Fuengirola, the Cercanías train C1 runs along the coast to Málaga and to the airport, which is about 25 minutes away.
