Residencial Albatros XIV is the fourteenth phase of a larger residential development in Nueva Andalucía and follows the design of the earlier sections. The building has a modern layout, with a pointed corner as a striking detail. The project comprises 36 homes in total, 25 of which are available. The offering consists of apartments and penthouses with two to four bedrooms and a living area of 77 to 139 m².
