The homes are delivered with a range of standard finishes. The facade is fitted with a SATE system (ETICS) that improves thermal and acoustic insulation. The exterior frames are made of aluminium with thermal break and double glazing, with lacquered aluminium shutters in the bedrooms. The front door is a reinforced model and the interior walls are given thermo-acoustic insulation. Ceramic porcelain is used for the floors and the bathrooms.
The development is fitted with an aerothermal system. The lighting, the shutters and the thermostats are operated via the phone, with electric shutters included as standard.
According to the developer, the development is a ten-minute drive from the beaches of San Juan and El Campello, fifteen minutes from the centre of Alicante and twenty minutes from Alicante-Elche airport.
