Mijas Seaviews FASE III is a new build development in Mijas on the Costa del Sol, with available apartments. Mijas is one municipality with two faces: the white mountain village of Mijas Pueblo high above the sea, and below it a broad coastal strip with beaches and golf courses. This phase faces south-west and will have hanging gardens that run down the facades.

This third phase is part of a complex being built in three construction phases and is now under construction. The design of the buildings places the emphasis on privacy. To that end, the facades are given hanging gardens that run down along the building like a green wall, which according to the developer connects the development to its surroundings. The landscaped green areas and the hanging gardens enclose the inner area. There will also be a wellness area.

The available apartments have two or three bedrooms. Inside, the living and dining room is set up as a single open space and forms the heart of the home.

The developer works with a programme that lets you put together the finishes yourself. You can choose from various floor and wall tiles, taps and sanitary ware, and from various finishes for the kitchen units. There are also extras to choose from.<br>
