Royal Palms Mijas - FASE IV-2 is a new build development in Mijas on the Costa del Sol, with available penthouses. Mijas is one municipality with two faces: the white mountain village of Mijas Pueblo high above the sea, and below it a broad coastal strip with beaches and urbanisations. The development sits on a gentle slope within walking distance of La Cala de Mijas, with sea views from most of the homes.

This is phase IV of a larger resort with apartments. The site lies on a gentle slope, oriented towards the Mediterranean Sea. The whole will be a gated site with security. The centrepiece of the resort will be a pool with a beach entry, where the floor slopes down gradually.

The project is currently under construction. The communal areas will be laid out during construction and therefore do not yet exist. According to the developer, the view from the site is panoramic.

The available offer in this phase consists of penthouses with three bedrooms.
