Mijas Seaviews FASE II is a new build development in Mijas on the Costa del Sol, with available apartments and penthouses. Mijas is one municipality with two faces: the white mountain village of Mijas Pueblo high above the sea, and below it a broad coastal strip with beaches, urbanisations and golf courses. The development sits in the mountains of Mijas, faces south-west and will have hanging gardens running down the facade.
This is the second construction phase of a project the developer is carrying out in three phases. The site lies in the hills of Mijas, with the coast of Fuengirola in the background. According to the developer, a wide range of amenities can be reached within a ten-minute drive by car.
The buildings face southwest. The design places the emphasis on privacy: hanging gardens run along the facades, falling downwards as green walls and intended to connect the building with its surroundings. Inside, a spacious, open living and dining room has been chosen as the heart of the home.
The developer works with a programme that lets you put together the finishes yourself. You choose from various floors and wall tiles, from taps and sanitary ware and from finishes for the kitchen units, supplemented with extra options. Each home therefore gets its own level of finish.
The available offering consists of apartments and penthouses with two or three bedrooms. The site will also include a wellness area.
