Description

Mijas Seaviews FASE I is a new build development in Mijas on the Costa del Sol, with available apartments and penthouses. Mijas is one municipality with two faces: the white mountain village of Mijas Pueblo high above the sea, and below it a broad coastal strip with beaches and urbanisations. The buildings face south-west and will have hanging gardens along the facade; a customisation programme lets you choose the finishes yourself.

This phase is part of a development that is being built in three construction phases. The buildings face southwest. Privacy is central to the design: hanging gardens run along the facades like a green wall descending downwards, connecting the development with its surroundings.

The offer consists of apartments and penthouses with two or three bedrooms. Inside, the living and dining area is laid out as one spacious open space.

There is a selection programme for the finishes. With it you decide on the floor and wall tiles, the taps and sanitary ware and the finish of the kitchen units, supplemented with additional options.

The development is currently under construction. The grounds will include an outdoor infinity pool, among other features.
