Outside, each villa will have its own private pool and spacious terraces. The roof will have a solarium with a separate outdoor kitchen. The development is still under construction, so these outdoor areas have yet to be laid out.

El Jimenado is on the Costa Cálida. Shops and the town centre are a short distance from the development.
