The Windmill Spain is a new build development with homes in La Pinilla on the Costa Cálida. The developer chose this location away from the bustle of the big cities and the tourist pressure of the coast, and gives priority to energy efficiency and environmentally friendly materials. The development sits on a gated site and will include a private pool, solarium, private garden, private parking and solar panels.

The developer has opted for an approach in which energy-efficient construction and environmentally friendly materials come first. This applies both to the design of the homes and to the layout of the project as a whole, which has to fit in with the rural surroundings. Local suppliers are used for the construction. The site will be gated.

The available homes have two or three bedrooms and a living area of 70 to 143.5 m². There will be various layouts, from a compact design for couples or small families to a more spacious design for larger families. According to the developer, these layouts include a solarium, part of which is reserved for solar panels, and a private pool.

The largest layout also comes with a covered garage, the roof of which is suitable for solar panels. According to the developer, this layout also has a fourth bathroom, located in the stairwell and accessible from the pool.

There are currently 22 homes available.
