Maralto Estepona is a new build development in the Las Mesas urbanisation in Estepona, on the Costa del Sol. Estepona is a Spanish fishing and market town that was never rebuilt into a resort and is lived in year-round, quieter and more affordable than Marbella, twenty minutes to the east. The homes look out over sea and mountains and share an outdoor pool, spa, gym and communal gardens within a gated community.

Maralto Estepona comprises 163 homes, 22 of which are currently available. The offering consists of homes with two and with three bedrooms. The smallest home measures 91.99 m² and the largest 156.61 m², giving the project a fairly wide range of layouts within the same design.

The homes are oriented towards the sea and towards the mountains behind the coast. The complex includes a garage, and residents share an outdoor swimming pool, a spa and communal gardens on the grounds. The whole development sits within a secure community in the Las Mesas urbanisation.

Estepona itself remains inhabited all year round and has never been turned into a resort town. Marbella lies twenty minutes to the east. On that same eastern side runs the New Golden Mile, the coastal strip where most of the new-build development on the Costa del Sol has taken place over the past ten years.
