Lubina the Villas is a new build development in Mijas on the Costa del Sol, with available villas. Mijas is one municipality with two faces: the white mountain village of Mijas Pueblo high above the sea, and below it a broad coastal strip with beaches, urbanisations and golf courses. The development sits about 100 metres from the beach, with sea views and direct access from the N-340.

The project consists of detached family homes, which according to the developer are built to high quality standards and with high-grade materials. The architecture is contemporary and combines generous private spaces with integration into the surrounding landscape. The homes will be located directly opposite the beaches of Mijas. The whole development is laid out as a gated site.

The available villas have four bedrooms. The project is still under construction, so the homes and the grounds will only take their final shape at completion.

From the project, according to the developer, you drive to the centre of Fuengirola and to La Cala de Mijas in about five minutes. Málaga airport is about 25 minutes away.
