Los Arcos Luxury Villas is a project of nine villas in Nerja on the Costa del Sol. Nerja lies on the eastern side of the coast, in the Axarquía, and strict building heights kept it a white, low Andalusian town with the Balcón de Europa at its heart. Each villa has a heated private pool, aerothermal climate control with underfloor heating and home automation for lighting, security and climate.
The project consists of nine villas in the Pueblo Jerez 100 urbanisation. Two of those nine are still available. Each villa has three bedrooms and three or four bathrooms. The living area has an open layout and connects to spacious terraces. Each villa comes with a private garden and a garage. Some of the villas also have an indoor pool.
The floors are finished in large-format porcelain, which continues on the staircase. The exterior joinery is aluminium in anthracite grey, with double glazing and motorised shutters. The kitchen is delivered fully fitted and has porcelain worktops. Climate control works with aerothermal technology, combined with underfloor heating and air conditioning that both cools and heats.
The villas are a few minutes from the beaches of Nerja, including Playa de Burriana, and a short distance from the Balcón de Europa with the shops and restaurants nearby.
