Le Monte

The project comprises 31 villas within a private, gated site in the hills of Benahavís. Each villa is built over two main floors with a basement below, and a solarium above the top floor. A lift and a staircase connect all levels. The total surface area varies per home, from around 298 m² to 729 m².

The ground floor begins with an entrance hall. On the right is a bedroom with its own bathroom, on the left the lift and the stairs to the basement and the upper floor. Further inside is a guest bathroom, and beyond it the living area, where the kitchen, dining area and sitting room form one open space. Large sliding doors lead directly from this space to the uncovered terrace.

The upper floor opens onto a central hall. From there the floor splits into two large bedroom suites, each with its own dressing area, its own bathroom and access to a covered terrace. The master bedroom is on one side of the floor, the second bedroom mirrors that layout on the other side. Both rooms therefore have their own outdoor space.
