That difference in size is reflected in the layout: the smaller homes have a compact design, while the largest floor plans make room for a fourth bedroom.
The communal facilities are spread across the site and include both an indoor and an outdoor pool, which makes year-round use possible. Each home comes with a parking space in the garage and its own storage room. Charging points for electric cars have been installed in the garage. The buildings are fitted with solar panels.
The location in Mijas is central within the Costa del Sol. Málaga airport is about a 25-minute drive away and Marbella about twenty minutes. Within the same municipality you will find both the mountain village of Mijas Pueblo and the coastal strip with beaches, urbanisations and golf courses.
