La Vista Algorfa is a new build development with available apartments in Algorfa, on the Costa Blanca South, within walking distance of the town centre and a fifteen-minute drive from Torrevieja. According to the developer, Algorfa combines the character of a traditional Spanish village with the tourist facilities in the area. The development will get a communal rooftop pool.

The available apartments have one, two or three bedrooms. According to the developer, each of these layouts comes with a modern open kitchen and an adjoining living room. The development has mountain views.

On the roof, next to the communal area, there is a solarium. Parking is provided underground.

Algorfa is about a 45 minute drive from Alicante and 35 minutes from the airport there. The beach of Guardamar del Segura is a quarter of an hour away by car, and the La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre twenty minutes. The Pedrera reservoir, with walking and cycling routes, is also a twenty minute drive away. There are three hospitals in the area.
