Kool Homes

The complex has sixteen homes and thirty-two parking spaces. It is laid out from a basement level to a ground floor with private gardens, with a first and second floor above that, and the penthouses on the top level. Each penthouse comes with its own solarium, where a pool can be added as an option. The homes have two or three bedrooms, with living areas between 72.8 and 87.07 m².

The homes have been designed with large windows, so the terrace connects to the living room. The layout focuses on an efficient division of space and the building's orientation is matched to the incoming light. High-quality materials have been used in the finishing. Each home is delivered with a fitted kitchen and built-in wardrobes, and has a storage room.

The communal areas include landscaped gardens, a saltwater pool and a multifunctional lounge with a small kitchen, wifi and its own terrace. In laying out the outdoor space, the plant species already present on the site are retained. The grounds are gated and fitted with video intercom.

Sustainability has been taken into account in the construction. Environmentally friendly building materials have been used, the cooling runs through an underfloor system and the heat is generated by aerothermal energy. The project is located in a quiet residential area. From El Pinillo station you can reach Málaga airport, the AVE station and the centre of Málaga in a short time.
