Higuerón Bay Residences by TM is a new build project with apartments and penthouses in Fuengirola, on the Costa del Sol. Fuengirola is a year-round town rather than a seasonal resort, with a seven-kilometre promenade along the beach. The project sits in the El Higuerón area and has an indoor pool, a gym and communal gardens, with views of the sea and the mountains.
The project consists of three building blocks set at different heights, with 60 homes in total. Because of that difference in height, the blocks look out over each other towards the sea and the mountains. The whole is south-west facing. The distance to El Carvajal beach is 350 metres.
The developer distinguishes between apartments with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, apartments with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and apartments with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The available offering consists of apartments and penthouses with two or three bedrooms. Each home comes with two parking spaces and a storage room, and there is also additional storage space inside the home. The homes have large terraces and large windows, and are fitted with ventilation at both the front and the rear.
The finishing includes cooling and heating through air ducts based on aerothermal energy, underfloor heating and motorised shutters at the terrace doors of the living room and the main bedroom. There is also a wifi router per home and a pre-installation for a charging point for an electric car. The grounds have a security system along the perimeter with camera surveillance.
The communal areas cover more than 8,000 square metres. These include a swimming pool, a children's pool, a fitness room and landscaped gardens with walking paths. There is also a viewing square of 127 m². Solar panels on the grounds reduce the electricity consumption of the community. The complex has been laid out step-free, without architectural barriers.
