Description

Fuente Lirios is a new build development of apartments and penthouses in the heart of Benahavís, on the Costa del Sol. Benahavís is a white Andalusian mountain village inland, quieter and greener than the coast below, known as the dining room of the Costa del Sol. Each home comes with a private space in the underground garage and access to the communal rooftop pool.

The project comprises 28 homes in Mediterranean architectural style, with two or three bedrooms. Sizes range from 85.22 m² to 128.72 m², so the floor plans differ noticeably from one home type to another. Each home has a terrace, and the building has a lift connecting the floors with the underground garage. The pool is located on the roof, on top of the building, and the gardens at ground level are communal. From the homes you look out over the mountains around the village.

The homes are delivered fully finished, with high-quality materials and a contemporary interior style. The kitchen is fitted, the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and the master bedroom has its own bathroom. Air conditioning is included. Each home also comes with a pre-installation for an electric car charging point, along with a storage room.

The complex is located in the heart of Benahavís, within walking distance of the village amenities. The surroundings are defined by the mountains of the Serranía de Ronda and the Guadalmina river. Several golf courses are a five-minute drive away, with San Pedro de Alcántara and Puerto Banús about fifteen minutes away. Of the 28 homes, 17 are currently available.
