Altura 160

The project consists of five buildings with twelve homes each, together sixty apartments and penthouses with two or three bedrooms. The buildings stand on a slope high up in the valley and face southeast, towards the Golf Valley. Living areas range from 103.03 m² to 127.70 m². Each home comes with a spacious terrace.

The terrace connects to the living room through wide sliding doors, so that indoors and outdoors flow into one another. The homes have a spacious living room and a master bedroom with its own bathroom, plus a second bathroom for the other bedrooms. They are delivered fully finished, with materials and finishes in a Mediterranean style. Each home includes a parking space in the underground garage with provision for a charging point for electric cars, and a storage room.

Altura 160 is located within a gated site with its own guarded entrance and a concierge service. It forms part of the larger Los Jaralillos urbanisation, whose residents share the existing four swimming pools with gardens, fountains and a bar. The project itself will have gardens and a communal swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a solarium area and showers.
