Fnx-1 House

The villa is designed as a single home of 510 m² across two floors, with four bedrooms. The ground floor has a completely open layout in which the living room and dining room flow into one another and continue outside. The living room also has an opening at the rear, creating sight lines right through the house.

The entire ground floor opens up towards the landscape. At the front there is a spacious covered porch that connects to the pool. At the rear there is a smaller pergola, more screened off from the rest of the outdoor space. Of the bedrooms on this floor, two face east; the master bedroom on the ground floor faces west.

The upper floor is entirely laid out as a master bedroom and forms the top layer of the house, with views across almost 240 degrees. In the interior design, the exterior finish has been carried through indoors: the same materials used on the outside return inside. The villa also includes a private pool and a garage.

The house stands on a hill and is oriented towards its surroundings on all sides. Moraira lies in the north of the Costa Blanca, with the Ampolla beach and the marina nearby. Calpe is fifteen minutes away, Jávea twenty.
