Estepona is a Spanish fishing and market town that was never rebuilt into a resort and is lived in year-round, quieter and more affordable than Marbella. The project sits around 300 metres from the beach and will have natural stone facades.
The development is being built on the New Golden Mile, the stretch of coast between Estepona and Marbella, on a gated site. The developer describes the layout as small-scale, with contemporary architecture and communal areas designed as a whole. According to the developer, the homes range from single-level apartments to duplex homes across two levels, and they will have a rooftop solarium.
At present there are 23 available homes. These are apartments and penthouses with two or three bedrooms. The living area of this available selection runs from 60 to 134 m², which explains the difference between the smaller single-level homes and the larger homes across two levels.
The facades will feature large windows, connecting the interior spaces with the outdoor space. According to the developer, the finish includes high-quality taps and sanitary fittings and appliances included in the kitchen. As an option you can have solar panels, a charging point for an electric car or your own jacuzzi added.
The development faces the sea and, according to the project details, offers sea views and panoramic views. The site and the communal areas are still under construction.
