Enebros Fase II

Enebros Phase II comprises 29 homes, spread across three buildings of three floors each. The complex sits on a slope within the resort, with construction set up in two phases that follow the two height levels of the site. Phase II forms part of a larger plan of 48 apartments in total. At present, five homes are still available.

The layout differs per floor. The ground-floor homes have their own garden and a private swimming pool. On the first floor there are apartments with spacious terraces, alongside penthouses with their own swimming pool and solarium. The top floor consists of penthouses with a private swimming pool and a large solarium. Each home therefore has its own form of outdoor space, from a garden at ground level to a roof terrace.

The homes have three or four bedrooms and a surface area of 147.94 m² to 189.66 m². The architecture is contemporary and natural materials have been used in the construction. In terms of technology, the homes are fitted with underfloor heating, aerothermal energy and home automation. The buildings have a lift, and the grounds include communal gardens with an outdoor swimming pool.
