Enebros FASE I is a new build development with available apartments in Benahavís on the Costa del Sol. The construction of this development is set up in two phases. These two phases follow the two levels of the slope on which the site is located. This first phase consists of apartments, spread across buildings with three floors. The layout differs per floor, and according to the developer part of the homes will have their own pool.

The development is still under construction. Natural materials are used throughout the construction, which according to the developer fit in with the surroundings of the site.

One apartment is currently available in this phase. That available apartment has four bedrooms and a living area of 172.54 m².
