Description

Costafiore Gardens FASE I is a new build development in Estepona on the Costa del Sol, with available apartments and penthouses. Estepona is a Spanish fishing and market town that was never rebuilt into a resort and is lived in year-round, quieter and more affordable than Marbella. The development sits in Arroyo Enmedio in south-west Estepona, with sea views on the south side and mountain views on the north side.

This development is the first phase of a larger whole and is currently under construction. According to the developer, the positioning of the buildings means that most apartments have sea views, so not all homes.

According to the developer, the floor plans have been designed with a Northern European buyer in mind. You can see this in the bathrooms: they have no bidet and no bathtub, but do have a spacious shower. The homes also come with a spacious outdoor area.

In the penthouses, the living room with open kitchen flows into the outdoor area. Large sliding doors make that outdoor area part of the living room. According to the developer, the penthouses include a terrace with a private pool.

The available offering consists of apartments and penthouses with two or three bedrooms.
