According to the developer, the plot is screened off and offers a high degree of privacy, while also being a short distance from the Golden Mile and the centre of Marbella.
At present one villa is for sale. This available villa has seven bedrooms and a surface area of 1,210 m². From the development there are mountain views and panoramic views. Construction is underway.
The interior can be arranged by an interior designer in consultation. This is an option alongside the existing design and not a fixed part of the home.
