Carat Fase IV is a new build development in Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol, with available apartments. Fuengirola is a year-round town rather than a seasonal resort, with a seven-kilometre promenade along the beach and a large international community. This phase is still under construction and will be a gated community; according to the developer, the architecture of the buildings is oriented towards the Mediterranean Sea.
Phase IV is still under construction. Little is known about the layout of the buildings, other than that the developer is orienting the architecture towards the Mediterranean. The site will be gated and sea views are listed for the development.
There are currently 38 apartments for sale in this phase. The available homes have two or three bedrooms. The living area of this offering ranges from 85.3 m² to 154.38 m², so there are both more compact and considerably more spacious layouts among them.
Fuengirola itself is a town that is inhabited all year round and does not only come to life in season. It has many international residents and a seven-kilometre promenade runs along the beach. The town has four stations on the Cercanías C1 line, which runs along the coast to Málaga; the airport is about 25 minutes away.
