Description

Carat Fase III is a new build development in Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol, with available apartments in the Carvajal urbanisation. Fuengirola is a year-round town rather than a seasonal resort, with a large international community and a train running along the coast to Málaga and the airport. This phase is under construction and will be a gated community, with sea views and panoramic views.

According to the developer, the complex this phase belongs to consists of four buildings. They have been fitted into the steeply sloping terrain that is characteristic of this area, which places the building volumes at different heights and, according to the developer, gives views over the Mediterranean Sea. The architecture is contemporary, with clean lines and high-quality materials.

The available apartments have two to four bedrooms. According to the developer, the homes have large windows that let in plenty of daylight. High-quality materials have been used for the finishes. There are extensive options for customisation, so you can have the layout and the finishes adapted to your own wishes. For those who want it, the developer indicates there is the option to have the interior designed by an international design studio, which has prepared two proposals for this.

The development will have a concierge service available to owners from Monday to Sunday, for things such as making reservations, arranging services within the community and receiving mail and parcels. The design also includes a series of sustainability measures, such as rainwater reuse, water-saving taps, sun-shading elements and native planting.

This phase is still under construction. The communal areas are being built during construction and are therefore not yet in use.
