The offering consists of townhouses with two or three bedrooms. The available two-bedroom homes are laid out on a single floor, with two bathrooms and a living-dining room. In the three-bedroom homes, the third bedroom is on the upper floor; this is the master bedroom, with its own bathroom. These homes also have two bathrooms. The living areas in the offering range from 76.2 m² to 110.1 m².

The kitchen is delivered fully fitted, with the exception of the washing machine, the refrigerator and the dishwasher. According to the developer, the homes are finished with high-quality materials and fitted with spacious built-in wardrobes. The three-bedroom homes come with their own solarium. Each home has a terrace at the front and at the rear. There is a choice between homes overlooking the pool and homes in a more secluded spot.

The resort has a gated site with security and access control, and a communal pool. The developer mentions a low building density, an open landscape and views of the mountains and the golf course. The purchase falls under the new-build regime and is therefore subject to 10% VAT and 1.5% AJD.
