Bungalows Sol y Golf II is a new build development in Torre-Pacheco, on the Costa Cálida, with 24 homes currently under construction. The available homes include ground floor properties with a spacious terrace and first floor homes with a private terrace and solarium. The communal area will have landscaped gardens and an outdoor pool, and according to the developer each home comes with a parking space.
The development comprises 24 homes and is built in two types. On the ground floor there are homes with a large terrace. On the first floor there are homes with their own terrace and a solarium. Each solarium comes with a pergola, a barbecue area and a reinforced floor on which a jacuzzi can be placed.
At present eight homes are available. These have two or three bedrooms and a living area of between 68.7 and 91.9 m². According to the developer, all homes will be fitted with air conditioning. The specification also includes a fitted kitchen, fitted wardrobes and an aerothermal system.
The communal grounds will be laid out with gardens and a pool for residents. The centre of Torre-Pacheco is within walking distance, with supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The train station is about 700 metres away. Murcia airport is 20 kilometres away and can be reached by car in around 20 minutes. The beaches of the Costa Cálida are some 10 kilometres away and the nearest marina about 12 kilometres. Several large shopping centres lie within a radius of 15 kilometres, and in the area around Torre-Pacheco there are various golf courses a short drive away.
