Avenue Marbella is a new build development in Marbella on the Costa del Sol, with villas available. The city is made up of several neighbourhoods, each with its own character, from the 15th-century Casco Antiguo to the marina of Puerto Banús. The design is by architect Ismael Merida, the interiors by GC-Studio, and the development sits in the heart of Nueva Andalucía.
The available offering consists of villas with five or six bedrooms. According to the developer, the villa has a separate floor set up for receiving guests, which spreads the living areas over several levels. Each home also gets a custom-made solarium, with panoramic views of La Concha and the Mediterranean Sea.
The project is under construction. The communal areas on the grounds are still being laid out and will become available to residents after completion.
From Nueva Andalucía there are road connections to Puerto Banús, the Golden Mile and the city of Málaga.
According to the developer, the architecture and the interior design were handled by two separate parties: an architect designed the building, an interior studio the interior.
