Aura Higuerón is a new build development in Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol, with available apartments and penthouses. Fuengirola is a year-round town rather than a seasonal resort, with a long promenade along the beach and a large international community. The development sits in the El Higuerón urbanisation, close to the Higuerón Resort and well connected to the A-7 towards Marbella and Málaga.

The development is built around contemporary architecture and is located in the El Higuerón urbanisation. The homes are oriented towards the Mediterranean Sea. The available apartments and penthouses have spacious panoramic terraces on that side, extending the interior space outwards. The development has sea views and mountain views, and the developer refers to panoramic views.

According to the developer, the finish is reflected in the spacious kitchens, which are delivered fully fitted and equipped. The bathrooms have underfloor heating. The living room has motorised blinds. There is also an outdoor kitchen and pre-installation for home automation.

The communal area has two south-facing infinity pools, with views of the sea and of the surroundings of the development. According to the developer, some homes also have their own pool; certain home types also include a private garden. This therefore does not apply to the entire development.

There are currently eight homes available, ranging from apartments to penthouses. The available homes have two or three bedrooms and range in size from 113.81 m² to 177.72 m². From the development, according to the developer, you can drive to Fuengirola and Benalmádena in about ten minutes, and to Marbella and Málaga-Costa del Sol airport in about twenty minutes.
