Description

Valley Collection is a new build development in Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol, with available homes. Fuengirola is a year-round town rather than a seasonal resort, with a seven-kilometre promenade along the beach and a large international community. The modules will have a south to southwest orientation and will sit on platforms, with modern, functional architecture in which natural light plays a leading role.

Each building section will have three levels: a ground floor, a first floor and a top floor. They will be placed on platforms, so that the views from the different levels are obstructed as little as possible. According to the developer, there are views of the sea and the mountains. The architecture is modern and functional, with plenty of room for daylight in the interior spaces.

Most building sections will have an infinity pool in the communal outdoor area, facing south to southwest.

For the finishes, the developer works with exterior window frames from Tecnal and sanitary ware from Duravit and Kaldewei, among others. Changes to those finishes are possible, as long as this is done within the set period. The development also has a BREEAM certificate and a WELL certificate.

At this time, three homes are available. These have two or three bedrooms and a living area of 88.86 to 128.44 m².
